Welcome to yardenmitrani.com B2B terms and conditions, which apply to all items ordered from yardenmitrani.com. Please read through them carefully before placing your order.
We may change these terms and conditions from time to time without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received. Once your order has been confirmed, we will not be able to make any changes to the terms that apply to that order.

PRICE & PAYMENT OPTIONS
Method of payment will be by Bank Transfer.
We will require 50% of the total sum to be paid upon placing the order and the remainder of 50% (plus shipping costs), to be paid prior to shipping. An invoice will be issued once the order has been placed confirming the total sum amount (including vat and shipping costs). You will receive notification of when your order is ready to be shipped. When we have received confirmation of payment, we will then ship your order. The buyer will be liable for any other taxes.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.
All sizes and measurements are approximate; however, we do make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible. Unless otherwise stated, sizes indicated are European sizes. Please refer to the size guide for clarification.
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been mis-published, including prices and promotions.
PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS
When you place an order on our website, we shall email you an order confirmation email.
We reserve the right to refuse an order. Non-acceptance of an order may, for example, result from one of the following:
- the product(s) ordered being unavailable from stock
- failure to make the pre-payment
- the identification of an error within the product information, including price or promotion
- if we suspect any fraudulent activity
If there are any problems with your order, we shall contact you. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time. We will take all necessary measures to keep the details of your order and payment secure.
Prices are subject to change without notice. These changes will not affect orders that have already been despatched. Prices are exclusive of VAT.
CANCELLING AN ORDER
If you cancel an order within 48 hours of placing it, we can issue a full refund.
Your order cannot be cancelled if 48 hours have lapsed since placing the order. The 50% prepayment made at the time of placing the order will not be refunded but will go to cover costs for materials, time and production.
All our garments are made to a very high standard but if for some reason there is a fault with an item, we will not hesitate to replace the garment.
Any items ordered remain our property until we receive full payment.
The buyer will be liable for the shipping costs (plus any taxes occurred in the process of the goods being shipped).
We aim to deliver orders within a reasonable time frame. Orders may take longer depending on the size of the order placed. If you have any questions concerning your order, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
A signature is requested for all deliveries. Unfortunately, we cannot change a delivery address once the parcel has been dispatched. We are unable to deliver on bank holidays.
