You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging with labels/tags attached.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). We will process the refund within 48 hours of receiving the item. You will receive the credit within 5 working days, depending on your card issuer's policy.

If your return is approved and the item is available for exchange, then we will ship it as normal. If the item is no longer available, we will inform you by email and process a refund within 48 hours. If the item is out of stock, we will inform you by email and advise the approximate waiting time on the item. If you are happy to wait for the item, then we will notify you once it becomes available and ship it to you as soon as possible. If you are not happy with the waiting time, then we will process a full refund within 48 hours.
Up to 30 days: if your item is deemed faulty within the first 30 days of purchase, we will inspect the item upon receipt and offer an exchange or full refund.
Up to six months: if the item presents a fault which would have existed at the point of purchase, we will offer a repair or replacement at our discretion. Upon receiving your returned item, we will carry out a thorough investigation and give our conclusion.
After six months from the date of receipt, you will be obliged to provide proof that the fault would have existed at the point of purchase.
The item should be returned in the original box it was shipped in with all tags attached. Please use the free returns label which came inside the box with your item and attach it to the outside of the box, covering or removing the old labels. Complete the returns note with the reason for your return and place it back inside the box along with the item and seal the box. You will then need to drop the parcel off at a UPS access point. To find out the nearest access point to you, you can google "UPS nearest access point to me". There should be a list to choose from. When you drop off the parcel, please retain your receipt for proof of return.
